If you are not benefiting from the TeslaFit PEMF system within 30-days, you may request a return for refund.
Merchandise must be in excellent condition with all parts, accessories, and original packaging.
Feel free to contact us within 10 days of trying the system so we get a chance to help you get better results within your trial period and don’t forget to schedule a call with our PEMF MD, so you can get some sound advice on using the system.
If unsatisfied due to defect, we will replace the defective components and your trial period will be paused while the issue is resolved first.
If returned for any reason other than manufacturer’s error, a restocking fee will apply, depending on the product being returned. The restocking fee for each product is listed on the product page.
Restocking fees will be deducted from the refund after the system is returned. Shipping and return shipping is non-refundable.
The 30-day period starts from date of delivery, we can choose to extend the trial period for a fair reason within our discretion.
If not satisfied in 30-days and if you would like to process return, please contact the website from where you made the purchase. Direct TeslaFit.com customers are eligible for our customer discount programs and can also contact us to distribute home-use PEMF systems.
It is strongly suggested that Customers purchase insurance on the return shipment. If the package is damaged during the shipping process, the return will not be accepted. It is also suggested Customers get tracking and shipping confirmation when returning a product to ensure TeslaFit.com receives the package. TeslaFit.com is not responsible for packages lost during the shipping process.
TeslaFit PEMF machines have an international warranty which provides free servicing during its term starting from date of delivery.
Warranty period on the 2 main components of the product is:
Controller: 3 years
Applicators: 6 months
The warranty applies only if the product is non-functional due to a defect in production which is not present in other systems sold of the same model.
In case of servicing requirement which is outside the warranty, please contact us and we will make every effort to make it possible with minimum cost to you.
