Shipping & Handling
Free shipping applies only to orders shipped within the Continental U.S.
For international orders, shipping fees will be applied. We only accept orders for the TeslaFit Portable series – Duo Portable, Plus 2 Portable and Pro Portable for shipping outside the US.
International customers are responsible for import duties and taxes. EU orders may ship from EU depending on inventory.
We process and ship all orders within 1-2 business days after receipt of payment. We use standard UPS or USPS shipping services. Orders are processed and shipped during regular business hours (Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM Eastern Standard Time (EST), excluding holidays). Once shipped, allow up to 14 business days for US delivery. Allow up to 3 weeks for international delivery. Signature is required for delivery.
Signature is required on all deliveries and if you do not want signature required, contact the shipping service’s local office with your shipment tracking number.
Terms of Ordering & Payment
It is the customer’s responsibility to ascertain and obey all applicable local, state, federal and international laws in regard to the possession, use and sale of any item purchased from this website. By placing an order, you agree that the products ordered will be used only in a lawful manner.
While this website will calculate taxes (when applicable) within the United States, it will not calculate VAT or any international duties or taxes. The customer is responsible for all duties and taxes levied on these goods for receipt of the shipment.
While it is our practice to confirm orders by email, the receipt of an email order confirmation does not constitute our acceptance of an order or our confirmation of an offer to sell a product or service. We reserve the right, without prior notice, to limit the order quantity on any product or service and/or to refuse service to any customer. We also may require verification of information prior to the acceptance and/or shipment of any order.
By placing an order, you authorize our payment provider (PayPal) to charge the credit card / debit card you provided for your order. If your credit card is declined at the time you place your order, your order will not be accepted and you will be notified that your order payment has failed. Once payment is completed, order will be processed.
This website will calculate taxes (when applicable) within the United States, it will not calculate international duties or taxes. You are responsible for all duties and taxes levied by your local authorities.

– As soon as your payment has been processed you receive a confirmation email and we receive your order.
– Then your order will be delivered to the shipping address you provide.
– We never see your credit card details. PayPal ensures that your credit card details are kept absolutely private and confidential.
Products purchased may be returned within 30 days of delivery if the device is received in excellent condition, along with all accessories and original packaging. Depending on the product being returned, a $600 – $2,000 restocking fee will be deducted from the refund amount. 30-day return policy is not applicable for wholesale orders.
All refunds and rebates are made using the original transaction of payment.
Shipping and return shipping is non-refundable.
The return policy and international warranty for each product is listed on the product sales page and on your printed invoice.
It is strongly suggested that customers purchase insurance on the return shipment. If the package is damaged during the shipping process, the return will not be accepted. It is also suggested customers get tracking and shipping confirmation when returning a product to ensure Teslafit.com receives the package. Teslafit.com is not responsible for packages lost during the shipping process.
Returns may be rejected on individual circumstances.
